Finding My Voice Part 2

I feel like I’ve changed quite a bit in the past 12-18 months and even more since I first began blogging. One of the fears I wrote about yesterday was that I had changed so much that the people who used to read my blog wouldn’t be interested anymore. Yesterday I was a little worried about that, but after some thought, I’m okay with it now. But, it did get me to thinking and asking questions.

How have I changed? What will I write about?

The changes aren’t really drastic. They are simply that I’ve grown as a person, learned more about myself and my interests have expanded. Isn’t that what’s suppose to happen as we grow older?

As to what I’m going to write about this month as I explore my voice will be many of the same topics I’ve always written about plus some new stuff.

Here’s a sampling of the things, in this moment, I’m pondering writing about and exploring:

Sharing the adventures of my new business partnership. I’m super excited about this!

Books I love – my favorites from the past and the new one’s I’m reading now.

Self-employment (always a love and fascination). In particular, writing about taking small steps and starting part-time, on-the-side, in your spare time.

Self-discovery and all it’s wondrous ups and downs. This includes asking lots of questions and seeing what comes up.

Self-expression and creativity. This could include just about anything. Who knows what will catch my fancy?

The main theme of The Dreaming Cafe is obviously still a big part of my vision. Can you tell?

Access Consciousness and the Bars. The Access philosophy and it’s tools and processes have changed my life.

Energetic body work. This is a new interest that was sparked when I learned The Bars. I’m intrigued by the possibilities that our bodies can heal themselves and maybe each other.

Cool tech tips. I get super excited when I learn something new and I’d like to share some of these cool little tidbits via video.

Writing and publishing. I’m thinking of sharing the step-by-step process of editing and self-publishing one of my books, or a book my partner and I decide to publish. I’d share as I actually did it so you could learn right along with me. How fun would that be?

After reading over my list of topics, I’m wondering, have I really changed that much? Most of my interests are the same, but maybe my attitude and approach will be slightly different. It’s a month of writing and finding my voice again, so we’ll see.

I hope you’ll join me and I hope you’ll have as much fun reading about these topics as I’ll have writing about them.

Catch you on the flip side, meaning tomorrow. Same time, same channel.
