Listed below (in no particular order) are ten things I love to do. These are things I could do all day, every day and they are things you might not know about me.
- Read – mostly nonfiction with an occasional novel thrown in.
- Troubleshot problems -mostly related to software implementation and use or related to some type of data analysis
- Brainstorm ideas – alone and with other people.
- Teach someone how to so something I enjoy doing – more than likely it will be technology related.
- Weight training – it’s been a longtime, but working out with weights is probably the only physical exercise I ever really enjoyed. I even like reading and researching about weight training.
- Making or creating something from scratch – this could be bringing an idea to life, a website, a treasure box, a collage or a pot of soup.
- Journaling, writing, thinking and reflecting.
- Data analysis – I love finding patterns in information and using the information to help someone or to solve a problem. I am one of those people who loves spreadsheets.
- Organize information, research and solve problems – they have to be real problems, not made up exercises or puzzles and more then likely will involve helping someone.
- Learn – I love learning. I could be a lifetime university student. I love the atmosphere on a college campus, the libraries, the labs, the research, the excitement. I could attend lectures, read, study and learn all day. Along these same lines I love attending workshops, lectures and seminars, as well as, creating my own lifetime learning program.
Just reading my list is exciting. I had forgotten about a few of them.
Today I am working toward incorparating all of things into my everyday life.
Fortunately, on most days, I get to indulge in several of these activities and time just flies by.
Life is good when you begin to recognize the things you love and do them everyday.
I’m curious, what are ten things you love to do and could do all day, every day?

Take all those technology bits out of your list, Sandy, and you’ve pretty much got my 10!
The trouble shooting, information organizing, data analysis and teaching – in my case, would just switch to non-tech stuff…
And the weight training – that brought out an “ahhh” – that was my favorite thing to do years ago — want to get back to it, this might be the reminder I needed.
What an awesome list, Kate. And, very dynamic. Love it! Thank you for sharing.
Sandy
