Beautiful work! It’s so nice to see such beautiful and imspiring work. Maybe I’ll get the confidence to try. (I know I wouldn’t be at your level,but I think it would be fun and theraputic.) And maybe one day I will take a class. Thank you again for sharing.

Are you familiar with Dr. Lucia Capacchione? She and Dr. Peggy Van Pelt wrote a book called Putting Your Talent to Work…lots of art journaling. Lots of written journaling using your NON-dominant hand. Interesting and enlightening. Dr. Lucia has other books as well. Right up your alley.

Good work Sandy! I love the movement from the fractured brain to the bridged brain – inspired!

I just discovered water color pencils – you color with the pencils then use a slightly moistened brush to blend the strokes or two adjoining colors to create a new shade – great fun! Found them at Michael’s in a small set with just 6 pencils on clearance sale….
