Here a a three blogs I have starting reading more often over the last few months. They are not necessarily new blogs, but they are relatively new for me. Hope you enjoy them, too.
John Williams, Creative Maverick – I like John’s motto “Screw work, let’s play! Join my mission to play all day and get paid – to do whatever creative, fun stuff we feel like doing and make a good living out of it.” He posts interviews some very cool people. One of my favorite interviews is with Derek Sivers. You can listen here: Derek Sivers – musician, entrepreneur, scanner, player This is really a 5-star interview! When Derek talks about learning programming I know exactly what he is talking about. Somethings look like hard work, but really are pure fun.
Derek Sivers – Derek’s blog seems to get better with every post. He leaves me in awe. His posts are very insightful and really make you stop and think. They help you look at things just a little differently and help nudge you in a new direction. This was a recent favorite post: If you think you haven’t found your passion…
Chris Brogan – Chris writes about community and social media and marketing. His posts make you think. He takes some very common topics and presents them in a new way. He comes across as very authentic with a true willingness to help others in business, online and off. He wrote a very informative post just for me on my birthday (just kidding, not really, Chris didn’t write this for me, but it sure felt like it): How to Blog Almost Every Day
