This book is an absolute delight and captivated me from the very first page. The images, the color, the beauty, the words, all flow together to create a delightful and informative body of work.

In addition to page after page of color and beauty, it is also a valuable resource. It is full of useful and practical tips to help you start blogging today or improve your existing blog. The top three blogging platforms (Blogger, Typepad and WordPress) are discussed and a brief introduction to some basic HTML code is also included.

Tara Frey introduces you to numerous crafters, artists and creative bloggers under the heading “Meet the Blogger” and visually displays snapshots of their websites throughout the book. I have to admit, this is one of the reasons I love this book so much. Reading this book and meeting all the fabulous bloggers is like an afternoon tea with some of your best friends.

This book has truly inspired me, not only from a blogging perspective, but also from a creative standpoint. I am more excited than ever to continue exploring mixed-media art, art journaling, painting and photography. It has also given me all kinds of new ideas to improve the overall look and feel of my blog. I can’t wait to get started.
