		<description>Thanks for the tips, Terri.  I am not giving up flour products for good, but need a &#039;free zone&#039; to help kick start my weight loss before I re-introduce them into my diet.

		<description>That is a BIG baby step. I also adore bread, flour, pasta, etc and I found that I do not stop craving them if I stop eating them. So, not at all to discourage you-rather than deprivation, I do moderation. More veggies, less flour. More whole grains-still small portions of yummy baguettes, etc .Rather than extreme fitness which backfired for me, I now do 3 or 4 mini walks a day. (burns the same calories and is a break between tasks.) Eat a muffin-take a mini walk. I think, Sandy, my dear, you need a dog!</description>
